Log in to your Phorest client account and head to the Loyalty section. Your personal referral link is waiting there — unique to you and ready to share.
Share it with a friend
Send your link to anyone you think would love Hilltop — by text, WhatsApp, email or social media. When they book using your link, they'll automatically receive £20 off their first treatment.
Earn your credit
Once your friend completes and pays for their first treatment, £30 credit is automatically added to your Hilltop account — ready to use on any future treatment you like.

Every Hilltop client has a unique referral link in their Phorest account. It's personal to you — so every time someone books through it, the rewards come straight to you automatically.
If you've never logged into your Phorest account before, you can do so using the email address on your Hilltop profile. Any questions — just ask at your next appointment or give us a call.

Your questions answered.
Your £30 credit is added to your Hilltop account automatically once your referred friend has completed and paid for their first treatment. You'll see it reflected in your account balance straightaway.
No limit at all. Every friend you refer who completes their first treatment earns you another £30. The more people you introduce to Hilltop, the more credit you accumulate.
Yes, you have 4 weeks to use your credit however, there is no minimum spend required to use it. It simply sits in your account until you're ready to use it.
The referral programme is for new clients only — someone who has not previously visited or booked at Hilltop. If your friend already has an account with us, unfortunately they won't qualify as a new client referral.
CryoPen Cryotherapy is the only treatment excluded from the Inner Circle referral programme. All other treatments at Hilltop are eligible — facials, laser hair removal, body treatments, beauty, aesthetics, scalp health and memberships.
