FAQs — What You Need to Know
How long is the minimum commitment?
All memberships require a 3-month minimum. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
You can cancel anytime after the first 3 months. Pausing is not currently available.
Can I upgrade or switch tiers?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Each new tier has its own 3-month commitment.
What happens if I miss a facial?
We’ll do our best to reschedule within the same calendar month. Missed treatments can’t be rolled over.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable. However, some tiers allow you to ‘Gift a Friend’ once or twice a year.
