Hilltop membership is for clients who come to us regularly, whether for facials, massage, waxing or anything in between. It keeps your appointments in rhythm, saves you 10% across the clinic, and leaves the choice of treatment to you.
How membership works
Your visits, your choice
Our clients come to us for all sorts of reasons: a facial when their skin needs attention, a massage when they need to switch off, a regular wax they wouldn't miss. Membership works with all of them.
Each month, you decide what you'd like. Nothing is pre-set, and if you'd value some guidance, your therapist is always happy to help you plan the months ahead. It's simply a more considered way to enjoy the clinic you already know.

£65 per month
- Your £65 goes towards any treatment of your choice each month

FAQs — What You Need to Know
How does the membership work?
Each month, your £65 membership payment is added to your Hilltop account as credit to spend on any treatment at the clinic. As a member, you'll also receive 10% off treatments, including those paid for with your credit, and 10% off skincare and retail.
Which treatments can I use it for?
All of them. Your membership can be used towards any treatment we offer, so you're free to choose whatever suits you each month.
What if I don't use my credit in a month?
No problem! Your unused credit will automatically roll over for up to two additional months, giving you a little extra flexibility to book when it suits you. After this time, any unused credit will expire.
What if my treatment costs more than £65?
Simply pay the difference at your appointment. Your 10% member discount applies to the full treatment.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, membership has a three-month minimum term.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Once your first three months are complete, you're free to cancel at any time.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause your membership for one month, once in each membership year. Your membership year runs from the date you first joined.
