What you need to know.
All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you're free to cancel anytime with no penalties.
You can cancel anytime after the first 3 months. Pausing is not currently available, but please speak to our team if you have any concerns.
Yes — you can upgrade your plan at any time. Each new tier carries its own 3-month minimum commitment from the date of upgrade.
We'll do our best to reschedule within the same calendar month. Unfortunately missed treatments cannot be rolled over to the following month.
Memberships are non-transferable. However, Advanced Results and Skin Transformation tiers allow you to gift a friend once or twice a year respectively.
